1. How do I request an assembly?
Yes, there is a $50 service charge on all orders to dispatch an Assembly
Solution Technician.
2. Is there a minimum order for assembly?
We accept all major CREDIT CARDS (listed below) directly over the
phone or by CASH / CHECKS directly to our technician after the
installation is completed to your satisfaction.
3. What forms of payment do you accept?
when you pay by credit card to cover our merchant fees (no additional
charge if paid by cash or check). Swing Sets require our very best installer
so we do charge an 'out of area' fee for communities outside his normal
territory.
4. Are there any other charges?
Swing Sets are usually scheduled for one or two full days (more for the
larger sets). Approximate time frames will be given when you contact us.
5. How long will the assembly take?
This is dependent on the complexity of the items but normally take
approximately 1 to 4 hours for furniture and fitness equipment.
Definitely - - this is one of our highest priorities. Ensuring that not only
you, but your items and property are covered. Our GENERAL LIABILITY
insurance supports or exceeds most residential / commercial requirements.
6. Are you insured?
YES! By offering a 60 day workmanship warranty on all products we
assemble, so you can rest assured that your items will be properly put
together.

8. What areas do you service?
Assembly Solutions services most areas of the following counties:
Los Angeles, (Southern) Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino - - recently
we have expanded to include the city of Bakersfield and its surrounding
swing set services - yet). Some restrictions may apply.
9. Will the assembler move the items?
Only within the room the items are being assembled in - while we do offer
items within the home or business - - we ask that you have the delivery
service you used place the items in the room prior to our arrival.

Payment for orders under $2000 must be paid in full at the time of
delivery. For orders over $2000 a security deposit of 15% is required at
the time of confirmation of your requested items.
Because of the size of most orders, we only except cash or check (with
I.D.) for MERCHANDISE PURCHASES (due to merchant fee's) - - for
ASSEMBLY and/or DELIVERY SERVICES we accept all major credit cards
listed below. Yes, you can pay separately for each of the services.

Yes. We give discounts on a case by case basis, depending on the size

We check IKEA stock levels the day of pick up (usually the night before
delivery day) - if an item seems low or out of stock, our IKEA team will let

5. What if my item is out of stock when you get to IKEA?
Assembly Solutions makes every attempt to procure items/boxes that are
visually undamaged when purchased - unfortunately, internal damages do
(remember: items that have been assembled CANNOT be returned).
