Who are we? Assembly Solutions is a small, family owned & operated company providing
customers quality on-site assembly of RTA (Ready To Assemble), KD (Knock Down) and
"flat-packed" products that require partial or complete assembly.
I know you have many choices after you just purchased your new furniture, fitness equipment or
swing set when it comes to putting it all together - it can be difficult to reconcile spending even more
money after getting a great price on your new item...then opening the box to find what seems to be
thousands of parts (many of which may not be labeled) and the possibility of needing tools you may
not have - or worst, reading reviews that state how many hours it took another individual to put it
together. "Ready To Assemble" doesn't always mean easy to assemble. Most of our clients have
been there - you're not alone.
For many years I worked for one of those companies that many office retailers such as Office Depot,
Staples and Office Max recommend (Impact Resource Group) and found myself repeatedly being
asked to go finish or repair someone else's assignment - this was an item YOU PAID a lot of money
to have "professionally assembled"...only to be so frustrated afterwards that you promised yourself
to never purchase another item that needed assembly. Your time is money too - you don't need
those kinds of hassles.
Companies such as IRG pride themselves on being "the only nation wide assembly company" but
what about the quality of work being offered or the qualifications of the installer? I have only a few
employees, but our team has a collective total of 30+ years experience in "putting things together".
